This conversation is the master narrative of the Desert Empire's founding war against the Empire (1976-1987) — Androve and Navalli's campaign, Alpha Company's ground-combat arc (Sgt Anders, Kot, Billings, Serbo), Jonas's full biography from his Ark Royal birth through the Durin College of War, the Ministry of Assigns, "Pay," DESCO's postwar arc, the NWMG's founding and collapse, and extensive Shapas Desert geography. Given its scale, it is being processed in contained threads rather than all at once.

Reveals Jonas's secret true goal (founding an interstellar state, known only to LMT and the interstellar delegates) and the actual November 9, 2006 plebiscite results.
