Overview

The United Kaolsan Emirates was a confederation of four Kaolsani city-states, with its capital at Kila Vas, existing prior to World War 3. This is the earliest confirmed political entity at Kila Vas, predating its later incarnations as the Kila Vas Military District, the nation of Helvatica, capital of the NWMG, and capital of MACOFS.

Worldbuilding Significance

Directly confirms the Kaolsan/Kaolsani desert peoples — previously known only through Aa Konta's prophecies (c. 165–230 AD) and the extinct Gherallis tribe — had an organized, city-state-based political confederation active up until WW3 (starting 1976). This substantially extends the Kaolsani people's confirmed timeline forward by well over a millennium from Aa Konta's era.
