Already listed in this archive's Planetary Governments roster by name only. Now confirmed as the origin point of Perold Jones's 1939 seaplane expedition to Janast — he and several others built 3 large seaplanes in what is now Refagio before making the crossing. All but 5 of the expedition's members (including Perold) returned to Refagio afterward.
