Overview

One of 13 warlord "Territories" making up the Empire of Man — a Chinese-heritage warlord faction/culture, controlling 10,000+ planets near the galactic center, led by Xi Xi Han.

✅ Like 11 of the other 12 non-Drake Territories, Huang Li Shao is amorphous: it claims clear territorial borders, but has no defined capital, and remains internally unstable, with various competing factions still active within it — unlike Drake Federation, the largest and most organized of the 13.

Note on status: currently classified as a Faction rather than a Starnation — per the creator, Huang Li Shao and the other EOM constituent warlord states could eventually be developed into full Starnations, but that hasn't happened yet.
