Overview

One of 13 warlord "Territories" making up the Empire of Man, founded and led by George Drake, a former IFTR Cabinet member. Controls several thousand star systems.

✅ Drake Federation is the largest and most internally organized of the 13 Territories — and the only one with a defined capital (name not yet known). The other 12 Territories are more amorphous: each claims clear borders but lacks a defined capital, and remains internally unstable with competing factions still active within it.

As a result, Drake Federation is the Territory most likely to move toward Starnation status soon (with a dual Faction role) — but not yet; the creator wants to let events play out first before formally deciding its status.

Note on status: currently classified as a Faction rather than a Starnation — per the creator, Drake Federation and the other EOM constituent warlord states could eventually be developed into full Starnations, but that hasn't happened yet.
