Major Gap Closed: The Constitution's Full Verbatim Text

Every destination page above already cited this conversation by title. What none of them had — despite the existing MACOFS Constitution overview page explicitly saying "see [this page] for the Articles themselves" — was the actual text of the Articles. This conversation contains it in full: the Preamble and all 17 Articles, pasted verbatim by the creator across messages 98-132 (~101,000 characters). This is now preserved as The MACOFS Constitution — Full Verbatim Text, closing what had been a dead cross-reference.
