Overview

An officer of the Empire's Royal Horse Guards, dispatched alongside Lord Filimon to deliver an "Edict of Empowerment" to Ambassador Ziv Tosil at the Isle of Trade.

Escorted Filimon back to the port of Tranchon following the mission, then was recalled to the Empire, where he personally briefed the President at Tev on the critical importance of the "train" discovery — ensuring the President was informed even before the Emperor (who had already departed for the southern capital, San) received the full reports.
