One of 7 casinos grandfathered into old downtown Kila Vas — all Kila Vas casinos are otherwise required to operate in Casino Strip or the still-upcoming Casino Beach area, but these 7 predate that law and were allowed to remain. Originally known as Tulura Ghaiz, it was purchased in 1947 by Charles Farnsworth III — a member of Perold Jones's Continental Expedition — who re-themed it rather than gutting and remodeling, unlike the other 4 renamed casinos in this group.
