MACOFS Army Deployment

Spread across 3,484 planets, none within MACOFS territory itself — mostly allies, Treaty partners, or Trade Alliance members seeking a MACOFS security presence. Additional deployment: 144 locations on uninhabited asteroids along trade routes, 87 Forward Deployed Mobile Bases (FDMB) at strategic choke points, and 32 at scattered locations across the galaxy.

Troop strength: maintained at a constant 1 billion troops — exactly 500 million human/humanoid/organic species, and 500 million Peacekeepers.

Peacekeepers

8-foot-tall AI machine intelligences, recognized as sentient beings with full rights and privileges under the MACOFS Constitution.

Equipment:

  • Internal Y-wave communications interface (2nd-highest secure comms, transmitting via hyperspace "filaments" — detectable only by the most advanced dedicated systems, and even then usually undecipherable)
  • Internal gravity control systems — hover/fly up to 4,000 feet
  • Internal teleport (transporter) systems — instant teleportation up to 21.08 miles

Armament:

  • Infantry/assault troops: standard Janastian Warhawks plasma rifles
  • Heavy infantry: Sormpkin MMAC "burp" rifles, 3 settings — Plasma (standard), Net (electromagnetic entangling web, 150-foot radius, 3,000-foot range), EMP (mini pulse, 480-foot radius, detonating at 1-3 miles distance)

StarLords

Similar Peacekeeper-derived units active across Starfleet, Empire Space Command, and the Janastian Warhawks Star Service — configured and programmed for space operations, serving as active ship crew. Much more difficult to build than standard Peacekeepers; only a little over 3,000,000 have been built so far, the bulk serving in Starfleet.

TimeLords

Work exclusively for MINT (MACOFS Intelligence). Officially, they do not exist — MACOFS will deny their existence whenever asked.

Origin: TimeLords are StarLords who excelled at exceptional skill and tactical awareness in battle/Starfleet operations, then received specialized software upgrades (originally coded by specialized StarLords, since taken over by the TimeLords themselves) enabling operation of quantum-AI-powered "time viewers," temporal manipulation systems, and temporal monitoring equipment capable of detecting fractures, sentient signatures, and movement through temporal space. TimeLords carry no weapons.

Oversight: Jonas, David Jones, and Vice Coordinator Androve were briefed on TimeLords' existence the day after taking office.

The Dengatha Incident (Origin of TimeLord Caution)

TimeLords currently only monitor rather than actively manipulate temporal events, because their first manipulation attempt was "too successful." A highly advanced, highly aggressive avian race — the Dengatha — had discovered and instantly annihilated a Starfleet patrol using quantum nuclear blasts: nuclear detonations "dialed" to a maximum radius of up to 300 feet, causing implosion into an artificial void space that crushes any object touched into nanometer-sized bits, depositing them into a random artificial void in hyperspace undetectable/unlocatable by any means.

TimeLords were tasked with "softening" the Dengatha's aggressive nature. A few months later, a Mandela Effect occurred: the Dengatha were — and, per the altered timeline, had always been — a pacifist race of avian explorers traveling in family units across the galaxies. ✅ This is confirmed as the "Dengatha Incident" referenced as a cautionary precedent in the Temporal Operations Field Manual.
