The Phrat Collective

Type: Faction — Free Zone Governing Council (Free Zone #10) Status: Canon (confirmed by creator)

Overview

A rare experiment in Free Zone governance: Free Zone #10 is ruled communally by a rotating council of 12 gang leaders (average age mid-30s), rather than a single boss. Chaotic but effective. Specialty: piracy and offworld smuggling.
