Type: Character — Local Spymaster (Peplle Peninsula) Status: Canon (confirmed by creator) — full text preserved per archival standard
Lord Filimon's local spymaster on the peninsula where the Original Colonists first landed. An older, weathered man whose instincts immediately flag the newly-arrived "settlers" as impostors of unknown origin. Disperses agents disguised as farmers, drovers, and townspeople to observe and report on the strangers without arousing suspicion — orders strictly limited to "no threats, no overt suspicion, just listen, note, report."
