Unlike other archive entries, this was real-world promotional/financial material, not game lore — describing an actual fundraising mechanism for financing Maf's development. Two products were described:

1. Small City License ($25,000): A combined Game License + income product — described as paying $520/month in USD starting 30 days after purchase. Several named variants existed (Small City License, Moon Mining Facility, Asteroid Mining Company, Space Station, Starport, 1,000 Store Mall), all at the same price/payout.

2. Game Development License ($1,000–$100,000,000, tiered): Income-only (no game access), described as paying 24.96% annual interest monthly, scaling with purchase size.

Structure (as originally described): purchases were structured as "Asset Transfers" to the "Kearsedge Boston Group," a described Business Trust and parent of "Mafgames." 50% of each purchase was said to fund the buyer's first 24 months of payments; the other 50% toward development. A 90-day refund policy and various risk disclosures (war, economic collapse, insufficient player base, etc.) were included, along with an explicit denial of being a Ponzi scheme.
